MCHI organized their 29th Edition of Maha Property Expo to showcase the newest and biggest properties in MMR. The objective was to generate record pre event registration & create hype around the event to get maximum footfall

IMPLEMENTATION

Our Approach

1. Registration Website

Designed & Developed a pre registration website where users redirected from different channels could book their passes for the event. All data was captured and tracked in the backend

2. Creating an buzz around the event

We conceptualized the campaign #AbNahiTohKab to promote the event around which we creatives social media post and paid media creatives which included Social & GDN Ads

3. Created Original Video Content

A lot of video content was created to create conversations around the event. Namely teaser, event film and a vox pop video where we asked Mumbaikars about their dream home

4.Covered the Event online

Our team captured the onground event and presented in online real time on social media via Instagram & Facebook Lives, stories and interviews

5. Online Expo

For the people who missed the expo, we took it online making it the first CREDAI MCHI online expo where the visitors can view stalls of different real estate developers and explore their property options
